Construction at TECS LLC
TECS LLC provides a full range of Construction Services to our clients including Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), Design/Build, and Construction Management (CM) at Risk. TECS LLC is fully licensed and insured as a Construction firm and can perform as the lead firm under any project delivery method. TECS LLC has construction bonding capabilities in place and ready to go. For Design/Build, we can perform as the Prime Contractor or as the Engineer-of-Record for just the design portion. We also perform as a Specialty Sub-Contractor handling all of the fueling system work of a larger contract.
In addition, we also offer traditional engineering firm services such as Construction Administrative Services, Field Inspection Services, and Owner’s Representative Services. Our staff has experience in Project Controls such as Estimating and Scheduling, Contract negotiations, Safety, Project Management, Program Management and Quality Inspections. Our EMR has always been 1 or less and we are a member of the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA).
